It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping, and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays.
The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable.
Your return will be processed in a few days. Allow 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the refund to appear on your bank account or debit/credit card. If you don't see the refund within 7 days, please contact us.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method. The refund amount will include product cost and taxes paid (if any), less $3.50/item inspection/restock fees. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Exchanges:

Late or missing refunds
